Elon Musk’s Ex-Wife Gets Engaged to Thomas Brodie-Sangster, and His Comment Is Absolutely Priceless

Elon Musk, 52, tied the knot not once but twice with Talulah Riley, 37. However, Talulah recently confirmed her engagement to Thomas Brodie-Sangster, 33, by sharing a picture of them on Elon Musk’s Twitter platform.

Musk openly disclosed that his marriage to Talulah Riley was “far too difficult.”

Elon and Riley were in a relationship for 2 years before tying the knot for the first time in 2010. However, their marriage was short-lived, and they divorced in 2012. Elon later revealed that they ended their marriage because they simply fell out of love and that being together with Riley was just too difficult every day.

Despite these statements, the couple reunited after only 18 months from their first marriage. Unfortunately, their reconciliation did not lead to lasting happiness, and they divorced again in 2016.

On the other hand, for Talulah and Thomas Brodie-Sangster, “love is all around.”

Talulah and Thomas crossed paths for the first time while working together on the TV series Pistol in March 2021. Despite portraying a tumultuous real-life couple in the series, their off-screen connection became apparent when they were seen holding hands outside of work in August of the same year.

Fast forward nearly 2 years, and Talulah and Thomas are now joyfully engaged, confirming the delightful news through their social media profiles. The star of The Queen’s Gambit shared a picture of him and Riley on a canoe, showcasing the shimmering engagement ring on her finger. Beneath the picture, Thomas wrote, “Happy to announce that Talulah and I are engaged. Love is all around X.”

Talulah, on the other hand, took to Twitter, her ex-husband’s platform, to share the delightful news. “Very happy to share that after two years of dating, Thomas Brodie-Sangster and I are engaged!” she wrote, accompanied by a sweet and affectionate picture of them together.

Elon Musk took notice of the post and went as far as leaving a comment.

After Musk and Talulah concluded their marriage, the Tesla founder tweeted, “It was an amazing four years. I will love you forever. You will make someone very happy one day.”

And, 11 years later, that day has finally arrived. On Talulah’s announcement post, Musk left a comment saying “Congratulations” accompanied by a red heart emoji.
