15 People Whose Experiences Could Be a True Nightmare

Sydney Sweeney, known for her standout roles in hit series like Euphoria and The Handmaid’s Tale, has become one of Hollywood’s most admired beauty icons. But what is it that makes her so mesmerizing? Let’s take a closer look at the science behind her captivating appeal.
There’s been plenty of speculation about Sydney Sweeney’s natural beauty, with fans wondering if she might have had cosmetic procedures. Two dermatology experts recently weighed in.
Emma Coleman, a dermatology and aesthetic RGN at Emma Coleman Skin, suggested, “In my professional opinion, Sydney Sweeney has had Botox and possibly a brow lift.” She also pointed out possible signs of facial rejuvenation using hyaluronic acid fillers and cheek implants.
Not everyone agrees, however. Dr. Olya Vorodyukhina, an aesthetics trainer and founder of Angels Twelve clinic, expressed doubt, noting that at Sydney’s young age, it seems unlikely she’s undergone any procedures.
Plastic surgeon Onur Gilleard describes it as a “golden ratio” of facial proportions. According to him, Sydney’s features reflect remarkable symmetry and harmony, traits often associated with classical beauty. Dr. Gilleard explains, “The golden ratio in facial proportions can be applied both horizontally, known as the ‘rule of fifths,’ and vertically, known as the ‘rule of thirds.’”
For example, a beautiful nose is defined by a gentle curve and the right projection. The angle between the nose and the upper lip is key, ideally between 95–100 degrees. From a frontal view, the width of the nose should align with the distance between the eyes, with the nasal tip making up about one-third of the total width.
Lips should also be in proportion to the nose, with the upper and lower lips following a 1:1.6 vertical ratio. The ideal chin sits roughly 1mm behind an imaginary line dropped from the upper lip. High, sculpted cheekbones further enhance a face’s overall attractiveness.
Examining Sydney’s face, Dr. Gilleard points out that she meets almost all of these ideal standards, earning her the label of a “classical beauty.” “Sydney Sweeney’s beauty extends beyond her facial features. Her figure, too, embodies ideal proportions, reflecting the same ‘golden ratio,’” he adds.
Despite her striking appearance, Sydney is a strong advocate for body confidence, encouraging everyone to celebrate and embrace their own unique beauty.
Sydney is now very open and honest in interviews, sharing the secrets behind her skincare routine and giving fans a rare glimpse into how she takes care of her skin.
“I have an amazing facialist. Her name is Joomee and I try to see her whenever I can. I love it because she doesn’t use tools or anything invasive, it’s really just her hands. I like to try and stay as natural and clean as possible.”
“I try to do it every morning. If I don’t have my ice roller, then I’ll literally just take ice and start rubbing it all over my face,” Sweeney says. “If I’m at a hotel, I’ll ask for an ice bucket. So every morning, I start my day with a nice facial ice massage.”
