A Newborn Baby Smiles at Father Showing Everyone What True Love Is

The photo of this newborn baby smiling at her father right after being born has gone viral on social media in recent weeks, bringing joy to many people’s day. Meet Antonella, the name of this beautiful baby girl, daughter of Tarsila Rosa Cordeiro, 26 years old, who believes that Antonella recognized her daddy’s voice, Flávio Dyego Vilela, 25 years old.

“They placed her on top of me while she was asleep, and as soon as he spoke to her, Antonella opened her eyes and smiled!” the mother shared.

Throughout the pregnancy, Flávio made it a routine to engage in “conversations” and playful interactions with the baby every day. He constantly expressed his deep love for her, greeting her with “good morning” before heading to work, saying “good afternoon” upon his return, and reassuring her of his unwavering presence.

Flávio serves in the Navy, while Tarsila works as an attendant at a kiosk for one shift and as a cook for another. The family resides in the outskirts of Rio de Janeiro, in Madureira. Antonella came into the world through a natural birth, weighing 3.125 kg and measuring 49 centimeters, at the Naval Marcílio Dias Hospital (RJ). Interestingly, the baby was born on Father’s Day: August 11th.

The photograph capturing the smiling parents and little Antonella was taken by a nurse and shared on Instagram along with the caption: “When I saw my family for the first time.”

Babies are unbelievably adorable. Even if they don’t smile, but instead look like they are much older than they actually are, with some looking like they are close to retirement.
