What 15 Celebrities Who Won the Title of “Sexiest Man Alive” Look Like Today

People magazine started awarding the title of “Sexiest Man Alive” to handsome men in the entertainment industry back in 1985. And so far, 34 different celebrities have been named in the yearly feature. For most, many years have passed since they won it. So we decided to see just how much (or little) their looks have changed.
