Most celebrities choose to undergo modern beauty procedures to maintain their youthful looks. But we thought it would be interesting to see what some of these famous people would look like, if they allowed themselves to age au naturel — sans surgeries and other cosmetic enhancements. She's obviously had a nose job .. & she's have had hooded eyes ... & more wrinkles because you can see that she's got more wrinkles even with surgery. She'd also have had more jaw sagging ... & there's also a lot of filler/botox in her face atm ...
