What the Actors of “White Chicks” Look Like 17 Years After It Premiered

There are movies that become even funnier with time, and that’s exactly what happened with White Chicks. When it was released in 2004 it surely left a mark on people at the time, so much so that we still talk about it today. Its epic moments made us laugh and became the inspiration for numerous memes, like the scene in which Terry Crews sings the song, “A Thousand Miles,” or when the group of girls goes shopping.

At Now I’ve Seen Everything, we are fans of this movie and love to see what its actors look like and what they do nowadays.

1. Shawn Wayans (Kevin Copeland)

Previously, Shawn Wayans had appeared in Scary Movie, which was a saga that parodied typical horror films. After his participation in White Chicks, he worked in another movie with his brother, Marlon Wayans, called Little Man. He is currently a stand-up comedian and performs live shows. On the big screen, the last film he starred in was 2009’s Dance Flick, which he also wrote.

2. Rochelle Aytes (Denise Porter)

Before acting in White Chicks, Rochelle Aytes had small television appearances in series such as Sex and the City. Years later, she had leading roles in FOX’s Drive in 2007 and in The Forgotten in 2009-2010. Among her most recent work is her performance as Michelle Moore in the series, The Purge, and her role as Nichelle in S.W.A.T.

3. Jaime King (Heather Vandergeld)

After working on this film, Jaime King played twins Goldie and Wendy in 2005’s Sin City and its 2014 sequel. She also appeared in the last 2 installments of Escape Plan (2018 and 2019), playing the role of Abigail Ross. On television, she appeared in the series, The O. C. and Star Wars: The Clone Wars, and is currently working on Black Summer in the role of Rose.

4. Brittany Daniel (Megan Vandergeld)

White Chicks was not her only project with the Wayans brothers. In 2006, she worked with them again in the film, Little Man. Actually, in that film, she used her real name, Brittany. She also played Kelly Pitts in the series, The Game, and in 2020 she was part of the television project, #BlackAF.

5. John Reardon (Heath)

John Reardon is another actor who teamed up again with the Wayans brothers on a film, playing Jeremiah in 2006’s Scary Movie 4. He subsequently appeared in the 2010 film, Tron: Legacy, and on television, he took on roles on Supernatural and the US version of The Killing in 2014. He currently stars in the series, Hudson & Rex, based on an Austro-Italian show called Kommissar Rex. It has been airing since 2019 and already has 4 seasons.

6. Anne Dudek (Tiffany Wilson)

Anne Dudek continued her acting career with appearances in films like 10 Items or Less in 2006 alongside Morgan Freeman, The Good Neighbor in 2016, and House by the Lake in 2017. She made appearances on several series, such as How I Met Your Mother, Bones, Law & Order, Mad Men, The Mentalist, House, Grey’s Anatomy, and The Flash, just to name a few. She last played the role of Kate in the series, Corporate, which ran for 3 seasons.

7. Jennifer Carpenter (Lisa)

After the release of this film, Jennifer Carpenter got the leading role in the movie, The Exorcism of Emily Rose, and in television, she had an important role in Dexter, where she played the sister of the protagonist. In 2015, she filmed the series, Limitless, and in 2019, she filmed The Enemy Within. She has also been a voice actress in animated series for characters such as Natasha Romanoff/Black Widow in Avengers Confidential: Black Widow & Punisher, Selina Kyle in Batman: Gotham by Gaslight, and Sonya Blade in Mortal Kombat Legends: Scorpion’s Revenge.

8. Busy Philipps (Karen Googlestein)

After appearing in White Chicks, Busy Philipps played Melissa in 2008’s Made of Honor, and also acted in 2009’s He’s Just Not That Into You, a romantic comedy.

She has appeared in several series, including Cougar Town, Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles, How I Met Your Mother, and ER. Between 2018 and 2019 she had her own late-night show called Busy Tonight, which aired on E! Her last job was playing Summer Dutkowsky in the series that premiered in 2021, Girls5eva.

9. Jessica Cauffiel (Tori)

Jessica Cauffiel remained active as an actress after White Chicks. She appeared in Bed Ridden and Ice Dreams, and is part of the leading cast of the Legally Blonde saga, which has announced its third installment, currently in pre-production. Legally Blonde 3 would mark the return to the big screen for Cauffiel, who after 2009 stepped away from the spotlight and public life. On television, she took part in the series, My Name Is Earl between 2006 and 2007.

10. Terry Crews (Latrell Spencer)

Terry Crews appears extensively in commercials, movies, and TV series. He starred in the film, Norbit, alongside Eddie Murphy. He is also part of the cast of The Expendables franchise, which already has 3 installments, and he appeared in the second part of Deadpool. On television, he played Julius in Everybody Hates Chris, and is a regular on the series, Brooklyn Nine-Nine.

11. Lochlyn Munro (Jake Harper)

Lochlyn Munro already had experience working with the Wayans family, as he was part of the first installment of Scary Movie in 2000. He has recently appeared in different films, such as A Stone Cold Christmas, Benchwarmers 2, Chokehold, and Spiral. His career in television is extensive, having appeared in CSI: Miami, Smallville, The Mentalist, and Hawaii Five-0 between 2005 and 2012. His most recent roles include parts in Lucifer, Riverdale, and the Canadian series, The Murders.

12. Frankie Faison (Elliott Gordon)

Before White Chicks, Frankie Faison appeared in The Silence of the Lambs (1991), Hannibal (2001), and Red Dragon (2002). On television, his most emblematic role was that of Ervin Burrell in HBO’s The Wire. He also appeared in Netflix’s Luke Cage, playing Henry “Pop” Hunter, and in Grey’s Anatomy as William Bailey, Miranda Bailey’s father.

13. Marlon Wayans (Marcus Anthony Copeland II)

Marlon Wayans is still active as an actor, and his latest films, Naked and Sextuplets, are also romcoms. In 2020, he appeared in a comedy directed by Sofia Coppola called On the Rocks, where he played Dean. His latest work in 2021 was in Respect, a film about Aretha Franklin’s life.
