1. Margot’s suit and earrings in The Menu

Margot’s suit gives us a hint about her fate from the very start of the movie. The leather jacket and black rugged boots she wears indicate her desire to be strong and stand firmly on her own 2 feet. However, when Margot takes off her jacket in the restaurant, her lilac silk dress conveys a sense of vulnerability.

4. Eyebrows of Pandora’s inhabitants

And even though all the blue characters looked alike, there were still 2 differences between the real creatures of Pandora and those with avatars. Engineers created avatars with 5 fingers, while Na’vi have only 4. And also, real Na’vi don’t have eyebrows. They have stripes on their skin that look like eyebrows, but they have no hair. The same is true for the second film.

5. The award for The Matrix video game

Another detail you can notice only if you pause the film is the award on Neo’s desk. In the 4th film of the franchise, the camera goes along the desk and shows the award.

It says it was given for The Matrix video game, made by Deus Machina, a company that Keanu Reeves owns. It was given in 1999, when the first film was released. So, the creators pose a question of what is real in this film and what is not.

6. Forrest Gump’s laces

Only an observant viewer will notice that, in the scene where Forrest Gump is sitting at a bus stop, his sneakers are very dirty, but his shoelaces are completely white.
