A Heartbreaking Reason Why Britney Spears is Getting Through Her Third Divorce After a Short Marriage

Following their marriage in June of 2022, Britney Spears, aged 41, and Sam Asghari, aged 29, are now embarking on individual paths as they part ways. Some sources indicate that the fitness instructor initiated divorce proceedings from the renowned celebrity, citing a heartbreaking cause for their separation.

Britney had made the first move in their relationship.

The couple had met back in 2016, on the set of the star’s Slumber Party music video. Britney had previously disclosed that she initiated contact with Sam by texting him after a five-month period. She recalled back in 2017, “I was like, ’He was really cute, this guy was really cute,’ so I called him. He’s just a really fun, funny person.”

Sam was her number one fan, but other fans were not thrilled.

Sam was always demonstrating his love for Britney, even through his words on his social networks: “I call you Lioness because I admire your relentless strength, I’m inspired by your beautiful heart, I celebrate your smile that lights up my world”.

But despite this fact, some followers were not happy with Spears’ choice of spouse. They were leaving provocative and angry comments on Asghari’s posts: “Your gonna loose many followers for your choices, your a user, prays on successful women. I hope she sues you! Good luck in the future.”

The turning point.

Although they seemed like the perfect pair, it is claimed that the duo has been having issues for some time now. An insider noted, “Their marriage has been on the rocks for months. There has been constant drama. It’s sad.”

However, what seems to have truly triggered the separation, according to a source, was a “nuclear argument” in which Asghari had accused the Hit Me Baby One More Time singer of infidelity. The 29-year-old had allegedly moved out afterwards.

Posting on Instagram stories, Sam said: “After six years of love and commitment to each other my wife and I have decided to end our journey together. We will hold on to the love and respect that we have for each other and I wish her the best always. Asking for privacy seems ridiculous so I will just ask for everyone including media to be kind and thoughtful.”

We all know that not all marriages are “forever and ever”, but it is always hard to see when your favourite star goes through another divorce.
