5 Alarming Signs of Colon Cancer You Might Be Missing

Lisa Rinna’s daughter, Amelia, is opening up like never before — and she’s not the only one in her family getting candid. In a deeply personal conversation about beauty, pressure, and painful lessons, she reflects on her own cosmetic procedures, pulling back the curtain on how growing up in the spotlight shaped their views on appearance.
Over the years, Lisa Rinna has never hidden the fact that she’s undergone various cosmetic interventions and has always openly owned it. She started by plumping her lips, and “In the beginning, it was great.” When she had silicone injections, which later seeped out of her lips, she was left with permanent scar tissue.
The actress revealed, “I am the perfect poster child for what not to do on a whim. With all that’s happened with the lip, I can show them that you need to love yourself for who you are and embrace how you look.” Rinna gives credit to anybody “that wants to age their way — whether you want to do everything to yourself, or nothing to yourself. It’s really how you feel the most comfortable.”

Fans always react to Rinna’s appearance changes. Many question, “What did she do to her face?” Another fan empathized with the challenges women face in the entertainment industry, it is a difficult and unforgiving business, remarking, “I worry about doctors who would do this to a naturally beautiful face.”
Meanwhile, Lisa Rinna’s daughter, Amelia Gray Hamlin, is finally telling her story about all the cosmetic surgery procedures she’s had.
In a raw, no-filter interview, the 24-year-old model opened up about her relationship with cosmetic procedures, body image, and the painful lessons she learned along the way. It’s honest, vulnerable, and at times heartbreaking.
Amelia made one thing clear right away — not everything people assume about her is true. “I’ve always had these lips,” she said, shutting down years of speculation. “I’m doing this thing right now called SkinVive, which is a moisturizer injection, not a filler.”
Still, she didn’t shy away from the procedures she’d had. The Beauty actress has long been open about undergoing a rhinoplasty, and she’s also spoken candidly about having a breast reduction as a teenager after developing a serious infection linked to a nipple ring. “I was 16 and had mastitis, whatever the heck that is,” she once shared. “It was the worst thing I’ve ever been through.”
What followed was a series of choices she now wishes she’d made differently. After the reduction, Amelia later opted for a breast augmentation — a decision she says was influenced by someone else’s expectations, not her own needs.
“I was dating somebody who was older than me when I was younger, and I sort of allowed his beauty perception to affect my choices, and I decided to get another breast augmentation because I wasn’t necessarily happy with the scarring that I was left with from the reduction,” she explained.
Things only got worse. Her body rejected the implants, leading to a terrifying medical emergency. “That also turned into a medical emergency surgery, because my breasts literally could not handle what were put in me.”
The pain was constant and overwhelming. “It got to the point where I couldn’t even pump soap because the implants were pushing on the nerves,” she said. “I ended up having to get a 14-hour reconstruction surgery.”
Amelia’s struggles with her body didn’t stop there. She’s also been brutally honest about her battle with an eating disorder — one that nearly cost her her life. “I woke up one morning at my best friend’s house. My parents, my sister, they’re all outside, like waiting to pick me up,” she recalled. “They’re like, ‘Get in the car. We’re going to UCLA [to get treatment].’”
The reality check was devastating. “He looked at me and he was like, ‘At this rate, in about four months, you’re going to be 45 pounds and you’re going to be dead.’”
That moment changed everything. “I’m not going to be this type of person,” she decided. “I’m not going to ruin my life because of whatever issues I’m having.”
Today, Amelia appears more confident than ever — embracing fashion, freedom, and her body on her own terms. And that confidence feels hard-won and real.
