“Poor Little Children,” Paris Hilton’s Recent Red Carpet Appearance Sparks Worry

Paris Hilton proved that her latest red-carpet moment was about more than just fashion. The media icon made a rare appearance with her two children at the Los Angeles premiere of Infinite Icon: A Visual Memoir, instantly capturing people’s attention, while some details fans couldn’t stop talking about.

Paris Hilton brought an extra-special touch of family magic to the Los Angeles premiere of her documentary Infinite Icon: A Visual Memoir, stepping out with husband Carter Reum and their two young children, Phoenix and London.

Paris styled herself in an ethereal pink gown while Phoenix and London turned heads in matching pink bomber jackets with their names — a synchronized family fashion moment that fans loved.

Fans flooded the comments with admiration. One person noted, “Cute children”. Second fan commented, “I am glad she has found true happiness.” And the third one added, “Love Paris and love what she is doing for children’s safety. Handcaps for this woman.” Several commenters playfully noted how much the kids resembled little mini-Parises, and admiring their behaviour, “London & Phoenix rocking it as usual 💖”

Some people were really critical about Paris’ comments about her kids, saying, “They are so proud of me. What? They are 3 and 2. The narcissist behavior is heavy with her.”

Other one added, “She treats her children the same way she treated her dogs, like accessories. Every picture of them showcases her. Her house is decorated with pictures of her,” following by this comment, “Those poor little children, forced to face the camera at two so their mother can show them off.”

Hilton, 44, has described her kids as her “world,” saying, “It’s the best thing ever. My babies are my world, my life. I get to take them all around the world with me on my adventures. And they both love music so much. They’re so proud of me. So it makes me feel, really, just like a proud, cool mom, just to have my kids be able to experience all these things in my life.”

Once Paris’s photos with her son sparked a concern. Paris let fans have a glimpse of her nine-month-old baby boy and shared a series of photos, captioning, “My precious angel baby Phoenix’s first time in NYC.” Comments poured in, and fans couldn’t help but notice how cute Phoenix is.

But some fans also expressed their concerns about the baby’s health. “He really does look like he has macrocephaly! My boys all had big heads, but his is much larger. And yes, I’m a nurse,” pointed out a person. “You need to have your baby evaluated by a pediatric neurosurgeon,” requested another.

However, someone’s health can’t really be judged by a few photos, and Paris and Reum have not commented on it either. But Paris did point out in her podcast that she thinks Phoenix looks like her. Her husband agreed and added that he got chills the first time he saw their baby, as he had the same eyes as Paris.

When Paris Hilton and Carter Reum brought their baby, Phoenix, home for the first time, they cleverly told their staff that the house needed painting, giving them a precious two days alone with their newborn. She also reveals that she quickly adapted to Phoenix’s sleep schedule. She found joy in singing lullabies to her baby boy, even including her 2006 hit, “Stars Are Blind,” the acoustic version. Paris candidly also shared that she is planning to slow down her career to spend more quality time with her son. She says because of Phoenix, she feels a sense of wholeness she never felt before.

Hilton’s premiere night offered a glimpse of a new chapter — one where legacy, motherhood, and self-expression intersect. Judging by the flood of fan reactions, it’s clear that Paris’s most iconic role yet might just be the one she’s living off the red carpet, with her little ones right by her side.
