Oli London, a 33-year-old influencer from Hertford, has taken a new direction in his journey of self-transformation. Previously known for his admiration for K-pop star Jimin, he made headlines back in 2018 after spending a whopping £75,000 on cosmetic surgery to resemble the South Korean singer. However, it seems that Oli is now ’living as Ken’, as he has transitioned into a new persona inspired by the iconic Barbie doll’s partner.

In a surprising turn of events, the controversial star has once again captured attention by revealing an unexpected twist in their ongoing transformation journey. They have now claimed to have ’de-transitioned’ from their previously feminine appearance and have shifted their aesthetic to resemble Ken, the fictional boyfriend of Barbie. Coincidentally, their best friend Aliia Roza, aged 37, has embraced the role of a real-life Barbie.

In a candid confession, the individual expresses deep regret over the extensive series of cosmetic procedures, amounting to a staggering 32 operations. These surgeries, ranging from cat-eye surgery to various other alterations, have not only caused physical discomfort but also resulted in a painful lockjaw.
Moreover, due to the significant alterations, the individual now feels ’paralysed with facial muscle movements’, highlighting the extent of the transformation and its impact on their day-to-day functioning. The sincerity behind these words sheds light on the emotional and physical toll associated with their journey of self-transformation.

Oli shares some specific details regarding their transformation, revealing that they have gone through a complicated surgical process involving the implementation of six titanium brackets and 24 screws in their chin and cheeks. Although this has contributed to their desired appearance, it has also led to painful episodes such as jaw lock, especially while yawning.

Despite acknowledging their regrets about the surgeries, they express overall satisfaction with aspects of their look, including smaller nose and eyes, which have helped them achieve their desired Ken-inspired aesthetic.

According to Oli, his extensive series of past surgeries aimed to emulate his idol, Barbie. Additionally, his best friend Aliia has also embraced the persona of a real-life doll and has reportedly spent ’millions’ to achieve this desired appearance. Oli and Aliia’s friendship dates back to 2018 when Oli began working as Aliia’s personal shopper, assisting her in finding the most exquisite items. Both friends enjoy the experience of dressing up as Barbie and Ken when they go out together.

Oli further disclosed that he had previously lived as Barbie after identifying as transgender, but he has since transitioned back into living as Ken and resuming his male identity. They previously spent a substantial sum of £233,000 on 32 cosmetic surgeries to achieve his doll-like appearance.

Aliia, Oli’s close friend, has reportedly spent millions of pounds over the years to live her life as a real-life Barbie. Oli and Aliia even graced the Cannes Film Festival last year in their Barbie-inspired attires. However, since Oli’s de-transition and re-identification as a man, the duo has embraced their new identities as Barbie and Ken, respectively. They have even commissioned custom-made matching outfits to wear for special events, including the Cannes Film Festival and the Venice Film Festival.

Despite having spent hundreds of thousands of pounds on his physical appearance, Oli admits that they have been grappling with an unfulfilled and unsatisfied inner state. Oli talks about the challenges they have faced on his quest to discover themselves, eventually realizing that they can achieve Ken’s persona without resorting to harmful practices. Oli recalls the praise and love they received when they transitioned to being a woman, but they also acknowledge that there was a void inside them that yearned to be filled.

“I thought all my personal struggles were because of my gender identity, but then I realized it wasn’t,” Oli shared. ’I had some therapy and went to church. Doing all this surgery doesn’t make me happy," they added.

At the young age of 23, Oli embarked on his surgical journey, undergoing his initial procedure in Korea to alter the shape of his nose. Over time, Oli continued to invest in various cosmetic surgeries that included six rhinoplasties, jaw surgery, and even eye surgery with the aim of making his eyes look more feminine.

While this story sheds light on Oli London’s unique path, it raises the question of just how many celebrities out there would look incredible as Barbie and Ken dolls — at least in the digital realm. The world eagerly waits to see who will be the next A-list star to receive the virtual doll treatment.
