“She Doesn’t Even Look Like The Same Person,” Kendall Jenner Addresses Years Of Nose Job And Filler Rumors

The supermodel is pushing back hard against years of online speculation claiming she’s secretly gone under the knife. On the episode of In Your Dreams with Owen Thiele, Kendall finally broke the silence and addressed the rumors head-on, making one detail totally clear.

“There’s a whole world on the internet that thinks I’ve had full facial reconstruction and whatever,” she said on the podcast. “I’m not here to convince anyone, but I’m just here to tell you the truth, which is that I’ve never had any plastic surgery — on my face, nothing.”

While Kendall admits she’s tried a couple of minor cosmetic treatments — “baby Botox” in her forehead (twice) and Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP), which uses a person’s own blood to refresh the skin — she insists that’s where it stops.

And even those procedures didn’t win her over. “I didn’t love it, and I don’t love it,” she said of Botox, explaining that she prefers how her face moves naturally. “My eyebrows are so straight and low to my eyes that I actually really enjoy the movement that I have.”

What truly upsets Kendall, though, isn’t just the gossip — it’s who’s fueling it. She slammed the growing trend of doctors and medical professionals dissecting celebrity faces on TikTok and Instagram, calling it harmful and frightening.

“It can affect young people in such an interesting way because then they see that and they’re like, ‘Oh, my God, that’s what I have to do to look like that?’” Jenner continued. “And then they go rush and go do something silly maybe at a young age ... I think it’s really scary.”

Even the infamous nose job rumors haven’t escaped her notice — and Kendall admits she understands why people believe them. “I will say, the nose job allegations I’ve gotten — I would believe them if I wasn’t me,” she confessed. “Like, I look at old photos of me, and I’m like, ‘Wait, it does look like I have a nose job.’”

Still, she says the truth is far less dramatic. “I think it’s actually really damaging what these doctors do online,” she said. “I’ll see videos of me and professional, licensed doctors on Instagram or TikTok, and they’re doing a breakdown of all of the surgeries that I’ve had and all of the work that I’ve had done.”

According to Kendall, she’s even seen similar breakdowns about friends who have never had cosmetic procedures.

So what changed her face? Kendall points to something far more relatable: acne treatment.

“I did Accutane for my acne, and there’s a theory on TikTok that Accutane shrinks your nose, and you guys, I swear to god, it’s true,” Jenner said. “I swear! Has no one seen this theory? Go on TikTok and look up Accutane.”

The model struggled with acne publicly as a teenager, walking red carpets with visible breakouts and even becoming a spokesperson for ProActiv. With time, she says, her face simply matured.

“This is a testament to what I’m trying to say is as I got older, I grew into my nose,” she explained. “Like, my nose did look wider, it did feel bigger on my face when I was younger.”

Then Kendall shut the rumors down once and for all. “I swear to god on everything that I love, I’ve never had a nose job,” Jenner declared. “I love my nose, so I’m ok with it.”

This isn’t the first time Kendall has addressed cosmetic speculation. Back in 2017, she denied lip filler rumors after briefly deactivating her Instagram, with fans suggesting she was hiding recovery time. A similar talk resurfaced in 2022 when photos showed her with fuller-looking lips at sister Kourtney Kardashian’s wedding.

Her honesty comes as the Kardashian-Jenner family has become increasingly open about cosmetic work. Kris Jenner, 70, confirmed last May that she’d had a second facelift.

“[My nose is] probably the only thing on my face that’s real,” Kris joked on a recent episode of The Kardashians.

Fans had mixed reactions to Kendall’s words. One person said, “Oh my god, if Kendall is natural, then Kylie must be too. They must be superhumans if their lips grow on their own, their nose shrinks on its own, their eyes enlarge, and their face shape changes.” Another one added, “How can she possibly deny having a nose job and lip fillers???”

The third follower asked, “Why is she lying about her surgeries?” While another fan noted, “She doesn’t even look like the same person. Call it whatever you want.”

In 2025, Kendall was sparking mixed reactions not once. The 2025 Met Gala brought a unique theme, namely, “Superfine: Tailoring Black Style.” For the night’s look, Jenner wore Torishéju Dumi. The independent British Fashion Designer envisioned the dress to pay homage to singer Gladys Bentley, a popular name during the Harlem Renaissance.

“I had a vision of being very minimal and tailored for this Met,” shared Jenner. Dumi fashioned a well-tailored ensemble for Jenner that impeccably hugged the supermodel’s curves. According to Jenner, “We came up with this elegant two-piece skirt—it’s very elongated and sculptural, and it enhances the female form.” To accentuate the polished gray look, Jenner wore a statement Chopard diamond necklace with matching teardrop earrings.

Despite the well-themed outfit Jenner wore, fans were quick to judge her look. Some comments mentioned how boring it looked, saying, “Okay give us nothing,” “CEOs of giving nothing 👏,” “Giving zero,” “Nothing has ever been so underwhelming,” and boldest of all, “Why are they still getting invited?”

For Kendall, the message is simple: not every change needs a scalpel to explain it. As beauty standards grow louder online, she’s choosing honesty — and reminding fans that growing up, growing into your features, and embracing what’s real can be just as powerful as any procedure.
