24 People Who Are So Proud of Their Fathers, They Couldn’t Help but Share It With the Whole World

Being a dad is no easier than being a mom. Fathers may not be the best cooks in the world or fold laundry as quickly as their wives, but the role they play in their kids’ lives is no less significant.

Here at Now I’ve Seen Everything, we want to thank fathers for all the hard work they do. From a dad who built a playhouse for his daughter to a dad who took his son-in-law on his first-ever camping trip, these amazing men prove they deserve a big round of applause.

“My dad proposed to my mom for their twenty-fifth wedding anniversary. He never actually proposed before they got married so he decided to ’propose’ to her last night.”

“After 70 years of neglect, my dad decided to start taking care of himself. He’s lost 75 lb this year and I’ve never been prouder of him.”

“Our stepdad kept the 3 of us after my mom left him in 1975. He was, and always be, our dad.”

“Went fishing with the little guy. He hasn’t stopped talking about it. He’ll tell anyone that will listen. I love seeing him that excited.”

“My father meeting his first grandchild”

“My girls opened up a salon.”

“My dad drove 41 miles to buy this and then shipped it with 5 pounds of nuts. Never stop being silly with your kids, even when they’re grown.”

When love and pain go together:

“I built a playhouse for my daughter. She loves it.”

“My shoulders and arms hurt and I’ve discovered new back muscles. Was it worth it? Oh, yeah!!”

“The popsicle was too cold, but Dad’s genius idea saved the day.”

Nothing special, just a father and his boy having dinner...

“She held my hand while we watched TV, and I melted.”

“I knew my big nose would come in handy some day.”

“When your 3-year-old has a fever and can’t go to daycare”

“Took my 3 buddies for a walk and learned that I’m the only one willing to walk the whole way.”

“Well, guess I’m stuck here forever...again.”

“I turned my son’s wheelchair into a digger for Halloween!”

“Don’t be jealous, fellas, but my 3-year-old made me car soup today. 10/10 would order again!”

“I’m a single dad. My daughter asked when I’d teach her how to shave her legs. Well, today was the day...”

Father’s revenge

“My dad (left) got his art displayed in public for the first time, and I’m super proud of him.”

“My father tried making pancakes for the first time. He said he’s proud of them.”

“My husband grew up without a dad. My dad is taking him on his first father-son campout today.”
