Dr. Julian De Silva, a celebrity cosmetic surgeon, has devised the formula for the perfect face. It is based on the principle of the golden ratio, dating back to Ancient Greece. Using his research findings, Dr. Silva has named the 10 most beautiful famous men.
The formula of beauty
The Golden Ratio of Beauty Phi is a mathematical equation created by the Greeks to measure beauty. According to Dr. De Silva, it consists of 3 parts:
The length and the width of the face are measured and then the results are divided. The closer the result is to 1.6 (number Phi), the more perfect the face is.
The following measurements are also taken into account: from the forehead hairline to the spot between the eyes, from the spot between the eyes to the bottom of the nose, and from the tip of the nose to the bottom of the chin. If all the numbers are equal, a person can be considered beautiful.
The eye width should be equal to the distance between the eyes and the length of the ear should be equal to the length of the nose.
