I really can't see how you could have included some people as having breathtaking beauty in their youth. Some people never have it in any particular way, let alone in a 'breathtaking' way. Others have it in later life - such as becoming attractive, as opposed to being 'beautiful'. Some are just such terrific characters, but 'breathtaking'? Not so much.
