Jessica successfully shed her baby weight within six months after giving birth to her third child, Birdie Mae. Open about her weight loss journey, Jessica admitted earlier this year that she weighs in the “high two hundreds,” although she no longer tracks her exact weight, having abandoned the use of scales.

This transformation is largely attributed to the unique methods of her trainer, Harley Pasternak. “I never work with scales,” Harley told, highlighting that his focus is on cultivating sustainable lifestyle habits rather than fixating on numbers. He explained, “My work with her is more about the habits she’s created and kept up. And as a byproduct of doing these habits, she lost 100 pounds.”

Jessica’s diet also played a significant role in her transformation, particularly a calorie-controlled plan that included a lot of eggs. In 2019, Harley shared her dietary habits with Hollywood Life, detailing that her breakfast often consisted of one whole egg and three egg whites, scrambled, along with a bowl of blackberries.

During her peak weight loss period, Jessica consistently reached 14,000 steps daily and enjoyed family walks. She also committed to 45-minute workout sessions three times a week, impressing her trainers with her dedication.
