Many people had theories about why he looked different. Some suggested he might have had beauty treatments. Comments included, “Cheek filler overload” and “Fillers ruined him.” Another person thought he might have had plastic surgery, saying, “Look what a plastic surgeon did to Ryan Gosling’s face. Men... don’t do this.”

Some people even doubt if it was Ryan actually, saying, “Probably not him.” Other suggested, “He gained some weight?”

Chicago-based doctor Dr. Otto Placik, who has not treated Ryan Gosling, commented, “It does appear that he has a significantly larger cheek fullness compatible with fillers or fat or implants. The odd-looking appearance of the outer corner of his eyes while smiling also suggests Botox to the crow’s feet area.”

Ryan Gosling is a talented actor and will always be an icon, despite the gossip about him having plastic surgery. Actually, many celebrities give the theme to discuss with their looks. Recently, Christina Aguilera surprised fans with her youthful look, while Jennifer Lopez’s appearance has caused some concerns.
