People are willing to try whatever it takes to succeed in their weight loss journey. They spend hours at the gym, cut out sugar and carbs, and the most strong-willed of them are even ready to give intermittent fasting a try. And although losing weight is much more difficult than putting it on, all the hard work definitely pays off when you see a totally new, healthy, and confident person in the mirror.

We at Now I’ve Seen Everything know how hard it is to say ’no’ to your favorite cookies and go to the gym instead. And we applaud these 15 strong people who never gave up and made their dream a reality.

They wanted to change themselves and they did it. He lost 70 lbs, she lost 56 lbs.

One more couple proved that love is the best motivation: they lost 170 lbs between them.

“Finally hit my next big milestone! Celebrated with a size 12 jumpsuit (down from a 28).”

“Really happy with how I’m looking!”

“My fiancé began his weight loss journey last October. It’s now one year later, and he is down 145 pounds.”

“1 year of discipline and motivation”
