16 Dads Whose Parenting Methods Are Nothing Like You’ve Seen Before

Fun

It is more common for dads to act like a friend to their kids than like a caregiver and that’s why they are usually called “the fun parent”. This is because no matter how much time women are now spending outside the household, they are still the primary caregivers to their children. What’s important is that more and more fathers are spending increased time with their kids nowadays and they enforce their own unique parenting methods. They just can’t help it but try to put a humorous twist on everything.

1. “All I feel is proud of my invention.”

2. Sometimes they do crazy things, but the kids enjoy it.

3. “I knew my big nose would come in handy some day.”

4. “My first and newborn son is jaundiced and receiving light therapy. So as a dad, I made sure he let the nurses know how he was feeling behind that mask.”

5. “So my wife left me alone for a few hours.”

6. “My dad thought 2-year-old me was strong enough to hang from the curtain rod while he took a picture.”

7. “My friend’s daughter wanted him to put her hair in a bun.”

8. “Mermaid and her mer-dad at Disneyland.”

9. "This Lisa isn’t a Mona when you paint my good side!’

10. That father really wanted to get a good dolphin picture.

11. Some dads are ready to do anything to get some quiet time.

12. “Fatherhood with a house full of daughters.”

13. “So dad, I ate all the cheese balls and...”

14. “My attempt at babysitting.”

15. It’s just a dad being a dad. He wants to play his favorite game!

16. “Nap time with Dad.”

The love our parents have for us does not change a bit no matter how many years go by. And while there are differences between moms and dads in how they parent us, they are both marvelous at their job.
