This woman is two times wrong: once, towards her own unborn child, she's putting their health in danger; twice, towards a well intended person who was meaning only good.
She was rude shaming them. That theory with the unsolicited advice doesn't apply here.
She wasn't at all interested to truly understand what the other person said, all that was important to her was to give a reply. Unfortunately, not a response.
