Most of the time it’s everyday people no one knows, but sometimes it could be historical figures or famous people that the whole world knows.

Yes, Queen B successfully defends her pop title by actually having royal blood. Beyoncé and Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II are 11th cousins, twice removed, so technically Meghan Markle shouldn’t feel alone as part of the British monarchy.

2. Julianne Moore and Marisa Tomei

Tomei found out, pretty recently, that her colleague Julianne Moore is also her genetic cousin. She was surprised and quite delighted, and revealed that they also went to school together. What a small world! The two ladies starred together in the film Crazy, Stupid, Love.

3. Angelina Jolie has lineage from King Phillip II of France

King Phillip II of France ruled from 1180 to 1223 and is known to have brought financial stability to his country. He also increased the royal coffers. Actress Angelina Jolie carries French royal blood considering she is a direct descendant of Philip II. Strangely enough, she played Queen Olympias in the 2004 movie Alexander, opposite Val Kilmer’s Phillip II, only this was Phillip II of Macedonia.
