Lately, the 82-year-old Martha Stewart shared quite a sassy selfie with her fans, where she appears both stunning and youthful. While the celebrity’s admirers are commending her for her bold appearance, a few users are voicing their concerns.

Martha defies age in the new snap.

Martha Stewart, renowned for her captivating Instagram selfies since her poolside picture went viral in July 2020, has returned with yet another alluring post. The 82-year-old recently shared a sultry bathroom mirror selfie, showcasing herself posing elegantly in a silver nightgown.

“After an eight-hour plane trip from Westchester to Palm Beach — horrible, by the way — we went to bed early, and I wore my beautiful @sabbiarosa nightgown (linen with a robe),” she wrote in the caption. “I didn’t look so bad when I got up, at least not as bad as I did when I went to bed — it must be the $$$$$ outfit!”

People had mixed reactions to her selfie.

Fans showered her with compliments, with one saying, “Thirst Trap Martha is my favorite Martha,” and another playfully advising, “Martha chill, my man is on this app!!”

However, there were some who shared negative feedback. One person commented, “Martha honey...you gotta stop doing the Kim K faces in your nightgowns, you’re not 40 anymore,” while another expressed, “If we’re going to grow older gracefully, at least be honest about it. The filters are beyond obvious, and it makes it hard to trust you!” some observant individuals pointed out “changes” in Martha’s nose.

Despite some criticism, there were noticeably more positive comments from users, and for good reason: Stewart not only looks unparalleled but also regularly challenges societal norms and breaks stereotypes about how women of advanced age should dress and what photos they should share.

Martha is no stranger to sharing cheeky photos.

Stewart garnered significant attention with her July 2020 Instagram post featuring a poolside selfie, attracting numerous proposals and propositions following its viral success. Embracing her newfound reputation as a thirst trap expert, she even shared selfie-taking tips in a TikTok campaign.

Despite the enduring pop-culture moment of her poolside selfie over three years ago, Stewart admitted in November 2020 that she took the photo by mistake. “I was trying to take a picture of the beautiful turquoise planter at the end of the pool, but the camera was on me, so I just snapped it,” she revealed. “It looked so good, so I posted it. I didn’t know what a ’thirst trap’ was, but now I do. Now I’m looking for the next thirst trap. I love doing those promiscuous, provocative things because it’s just fun.”

Earlier, Martha shared another photo, this time in a silver dress, that captured people’s attention; you can check it out here.
